    After seeing your example of the TV RECORD logo as an inspiration I can see how a similar logo could have been developed. I am sorry for being rather quick with my initial judgement but seeing the similar logo was quite a shock. Your design is so similar to the logo I created that at first I could see no possible way of a coincidence but after reading your concept / thought development process for your own design it does seem possible that we could both arrive at a very similar solution.

    I think it is possible that you could have come up with the concept without coping my design but the abstract people are the same! You could have illustrated the people differently but they are the same. I think it is highly unlikely that you just came up with the same concept with the same style characters. The characters are also different colours, just like in my logo. There are too many coincidences. If the logo was just similar there would be no problem but the symbol is just a recreation of the logo I created for my client.

      It was very even match. I was looking at when you produce for your client. Tremendous coincidence it. More idea that had never had this design before the world. I did a search just after finishing my design and not found anything “equal”. In imprint produced pro GRUPO DÁRLEY from the following concept: as the client was a group, a team of Physiotherapy Home, I developed the idea of unity, cooperation, teamwork, and thought to transmit it in a symbol, to illustrate the best possible the logo GRUPO DÁRLEY. I had some visions of watching the once PLANO AMIGO ( http://www.dellascorretora.com.br/botoes/plano%20amigo.jpg ), which has to be a health plan in force in Brazil, and soon the TV RECORD ( http://www.rederecord.com.br/portal/home.asp ), open tv here in Brazil, anything I do after a design.

    This logo is a direct copy of a logo that I designed http://www.firebubbledesign.com/business-logos-uk4.html . It is not just similar it is a copy therefore it is theft. We will look in to this further and inform our client of the stolen identity and I will be sure to check for other stolen designs.

      His statement was to say that a theft is quite strong. Never do that, I have enough ability to never copy an identity or even once. Never considered a copy. I have never seen their work before. I have the habit of copying or stealing ideas. This logo I made based on various abstract designs, I am not inspired in any logo to obtain this design, that you can be sure.

      I have all sources and drafts for the logo in the agency. If you want to send you an idea of how it was done.
